Paulsen, Paul Inge 2016Paul Inge Paulsen of Florvåg, Norway, was selected by the delegates of the Kiwanis International-European Federation at their convention in Villach, Austria as their preferred representative for a one-year (1) term.

Paul Inge joined Kiwanis in 1989 as a member of Kiwanis Club Askøy.  

He became what he calls "an International Kiwanian" when he, accompanied by Past Kiwanis International President Eddie Sigurdsson, gave a lecture titled "Commercial Marketing of Iodized Salt" at the first salt producer’s conference in Kiev, Ukraine. This UNICEF-conference arranged in 1999, was in conjunction with the Kiwanis International’s worldwide IDD campaign.  

He has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Askøy, Norway for 27 years. He was governor of the Norden District in 2000-01, and in the presidency of the Kiwanis International-European Federation in 2009-13, acting 2011-12 as KIEF President.

Paul Inge has attended 24 district conventions, 15 Kiwanis International-European Federation conventions, one Kiwanis Asia-Pacific convention, and five Kiwanis International conventions.  He served on the International Committee on Resolutions and Bylaws in 2009-10 and 2011-12.  He also served on the Norden District bylaws committee as chairman (2002-09) and a member (2009-16).

Paul Inge is retired from a hotel management/economic career. He and his wife, Kari, have been married since 1975 and have two adult sons.

Paul Inge enjoys history and also his involvement within the Boy Scouts movement for 20 years.
