Haunted House a Big Hit

Nov 03, 2009

Kiwanis Haunted House was a big hit for trick-or-treaters. The Kiwanis Club of San Carlos Park, Florida, presented the community the opportunity to have a safe and scary Halloween. Admission was free, but canned food goods were accepted as a donation.

During the five hours of operation, over 450 pounds of food was collected and donated to the Interfaith Caregivers Food Bank of San Carlos Park.

Over 967 guests tested their fate against the Haunt. The Haunt featured 32 Ghouls as cast members made up of volunteers, many of whom were from the Kiwanis family including Circle K, Key Club and Builders Clubs. It was 1700 square feet of fun and fright.
