Ever since the 2007 movie starring Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson, people have been talking about their “bucket list”: things they’d like to achieve in life. It often consists of activities such as skydiving, running with the bulls in Pamplona or learning to play the oboe.

But what’s your Kiwanis version of the bucket list? What would you like to accomplish or experience as a Kiwanian?

Here are a few possibilities:

  1. See a child smile because of something my club has done.
  2. Make friends with at least one Kiwanian in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific.
  3. Watch a K-Kid or a member of Builders Club, Key Club or CKI maximize his or her potential and become a community leader.
  4. Play the oboe at a club meeting.

As you can see, the list could include a mix of the general and the personal, the profound and the lighthearted. What’s on yours?
