The Eliminate Project: Be a charter giver

Jul 29, 2011

Clubs and individuals have various options to help kick-off The Eliminate Project's fundraising campaign. Plus, if you pay a donation in full prior to September 30, you or your club may qualify for charter status in the following programs:

Club awards
  • Model Clubs are defined as clubs that pledge to raise an exemplary per-member average of US$750.
  • 100K Clubs are defined as clubs that contribute US$100,000 or more. Kiwanis has set a goal of honoring 100 100K clubs by its 100th anniversary in 2015.
  • The Year of Leadership Award will recognize Kiwanis clubs that make an initial gift of US$2,000 by September 30, 2011. Qualifying clubs will receive special recognition and a banner patch to commemorate their early support of the global campaign for children.
Individual Gifts
  • The Walter Zeller Fellowship is a special opportunity available for those who give US$1,250 or more to The Eliminate Project. Clubs and individuals may give a one-time gift of US$1,250 or pledge over two consecutive years. Charter Zeller status is available to those clubs and individuals who pay US$1,250 or more in full by September 30, 2011
