Pending upgrades to Kiwanis site

Attention: Club officers, district officers and Key Club and CKI advisors

The KiwanisOne club management system powered by Portalbuzz is always in a constant state of upgrades and is right now in the midst of a major overhaul to tackle features many have had on their wish list. The same is true for our public PR site, Kiwanis.org, and the KiwanisOne Member Resources site.

The biggest news is that the club management system is going to be opened up for Key Clubs and CKI clubs to use, starting with overhaul of the Membership Update Center for faculty advisors. Soon those two programs will have access to the same club management tools as Kiwanis clubs, including an easy-to-maintain public website.

Work is far enough along to show renderings:

FOOTNOTES
The required online reporting forms (monthly reports, annual club reports, etc.) are also getting upgraded to newer technology, but there are no major changes to the user side that clubs need to be aware of ahead of time.

Even the Portalbuzz product website is all new—go to www.portalbuzz.com. See the list of product benefits and try a hands-on demo. The revamped system will soon be available for groups outside Kiwanis. Contact support@portalbuzz.com to put your non-Kiwanis group's name on the contact wait list for when the system is ready. The Portalbuzz system will help clubs, groups and boards get organized and communicate more effectively plus have a professional public website presence.
