  • Call or personally visit nonattending, nonparticipating members to re-involve them.

  • Review club, division, district, and Kiwanis International awards programs (page 153 of the Leadership Guide) to determine if your club is on target. Look for other award opportunities.

  • Ensure Circle K and Key Clubs attend their district conventions.

April: Club elections; semiannual dues payable

  • Between April 1 and the second week in May, conduct annual club meeting and officer elections.

  • Select three club members as delegates to the district convention and two as delegates to the International Convention in Honolulu, Hawaii.

  • Membership committee should finalize plans for a Special Guest Day.

  • Remind members about Kiwanis’ participation in the fight against iodine deficiency disorders.

May: Kiwanis Prayer Week, May 8-14

  • Submit Club Election Report by June 1.

Encourage all members to bring a prospective member to a meeting.
