Secretaries and Treasurers

March

• Participate in Read Around the World, February 1 through March 3.
• Pay dues to Kiwanis International by March 31 if club’s anniversary date is January, February, March, or April.
• Submit any proposed resolutions or amendments to the International Bylaws to the International Office by April 1.

April

• Participate in Kiwanis One Day, April 7!
• Plan to take part in the Kiwanis International Foundation’s Skip-A-Meal program, April 22-28. (See “What’s on Your Service Menu?”)
• Report your club’s two International convention delegates and two alternates to the International Office by April 30 on the delegate certification form.

May

• Finalize plans for delegates, alternates, and other club members to attend the 92nd Annual Kiwanis International Convention in San Antonio, Texas.
• Pay dues to International Office by May 31 if club’s anniversary date is May, June, July, or August.
• Submit the Annual Report of Club Election by June 1.

President

March

• Participate in Read Around the World, February 1 through March 3.
• Plan to conduct the Annual Club Meeting between April 1 and second week in May.
• Submit any proposed resolutions or amendments to the International Bylaws to the International Office by April 1.
• Make plans for your club to participate in Kiwanis One Day: One Way, One Day, One K, April 7.

April

• Participate in Kiwanis One Day, April 7!
• Plan to take part in the Kiwanis International Foundation’s Skip-A-Meal program, April 22-28. (See “What’s on Your Service Menu?”)

May

• Pay dues to International Office by May 31 if club’s anniversary date is May, June, July, or August.
• Submit the Annual Report of Club Election by June 1.
• Use the Six Pak: Sponsored Youth Parents program to honor sponsored Key Clubbers, Circle K’ers, Builders Club members, and K-Kids members—and to educate their parents about the benefits of joining your club.

Lieutenant Governor

March

• Participate in Read Around the World, February 1 through March 3.
• Conduct Official Division election Conference (See Standard Form for District Bylaws, Article X section 3, for requirements).
• Support clubs’ participation in Kiwanis One Day: One Way, One Day, One K, April 7.
• Make plans—prior to April 15—to attend the 92nd Annual Kiwanis International Convention in San Antonio, Texas.

April
