It’s time to come together

The strength of Kiwanis worldwide is seen and felt every day through hands-on community projects and in the lives of millions of children and families served by the Kiwanis family.

Kiwanis One Day logoJust think what changes could take place if every one of the 600,000 Kiwanis-family members worldwide came together for one day of service. Now stop thinking about the possibilities and make plans to participate.

Kiwanis One Day is April 7, 2007, and all Kiwanis-family members are urged to come together for a day of service that will outshine all other days of Kiwanis service.

Here are some tips on what to do to make the most of this inaugural event:

  • Form a committee to plan a project

  • Invite everyone and anyone to participate

  • Advertise your event

  • Invite the press to report about the event

  • Wear Kiwanis-branded clothing during the event

  • Take photos during the event

  • Submit photos and write-ups to Kiwanis In Action on the Kiwanis Web site.
