  • Allow one- or two-year club officer terms.
  • Allow one- or two-year lieutenant governor terms.
  • Allow one- or two-year district officer terms.
  • Streamline reporting procedures during the House of Delegates.
  • Allow a district to have one Trustee and one higher Officer on the Kiwanis International Board at the same time.
  • Allow electronic balloting for club elections.
  • Add “Chairman of the Board” to the International President’s duties.
  • Adopt one uniform vote that will allow the adoption of new or revised provisions to any part of the Kiwanis International Bylaws.
  • Allow certain entities other than Kiwanis clubs the automatic right to use the Kiwanis marks without charge and without specific permission from or oversight by Kiwanis International.
  • Adopt one uniform vote that will allow the adoption of new or revised provisions to any part of the Kiwanis International Bylaws.
  • Allow clubs, districts, and other legal entities whose members are all Kiwanians to use the Kiwanis marks without paying a licensing fee or other charge.

The House of Delegates also will be asked for permission to withdraw an amendment that had been referred to committee for further study by the 2007 House of Delegates. The sponsoring club has expressed its desire to withdraw the proposal to align Circle K and Key Club district boundaries with those of Kiwanis.
