Armand B. St. Raymond was appointed trustee of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund in 2019. Armand is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, Alabama.  He served as the 2017-18 Alabama District Governor and served six terms as Lieutenant Governor.

Armand has been actively involved in Kiwanis since 1983 when he joined the Kiwanis Club of New Orleans, Louisiana. Previously honored as a Kiwanian of the Year, he was also a Distinguished Past Secretary and President.   He is a five times Distinguished Lieutenant Governor and received the President’s Challenge Award from 2011 through 2016.  He is also a George F. Hixson Fellow for IDD and a Charter Walter Zeller Fellow.  He has been honored with the Centennial Award and Life Member status from his club.

The Children’s Fund is important to Armand because it allows the Kiwanis family to fund projects around the world that serve children, from reading programs to disaster relief. He also appreciates how the Children’s Fund focuses on work and projects that further the Kiwanis mission.

A financial advisor, Armand is also active with Easter Seals, serving on its Board of Directors in Birmingham since 1998. He has also worked with the Knights of Columbus in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and in Birmingham, and he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. 

In his spare time, Armand enjoys playing golf, collecting coins and going to the theater and symphony.
