Chien-Kung “C.K.” Yang was appointed as a trustee of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund in 2019. C.K. is the charter president of the Chu Chien Kiwanis Club in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, and served as governor of the Taiwan District in 2018-19. He had previously served as lieutenant governor, club president and trustee of the Taiwan Kiwanis Children Foundation.

C.K. is co-founder and general manager of Yuan-Hong Logistics and Warehouse Co. Ltd. He is a major donor to The Eliminate Project and a Diamond-Level Walter Zeller Fellow. In addition, he is a Diamond-Level George F. Hixson Fellow.

C.K. values the importance of the Children’s Fund because it allows clubs and individuals to expand the impact they can have on children and communities around the world. “Through the Children’s Fund’s effective and efficient operation, Kiwanians can demonstrate and promote the Kiwanis spirit worldwide,” he says.

In his community, C.K. is appointed as the Congress Ambassador of Taipei City with a four-year term from 2019 to 2023, an advisor to the Hsinchu City government from 2011 to 2014 and was chairman of the Hsinchu County Volunteer Services Association.

C.K. and his wife, Huei-Fen, have one child and two grandchildren. He enjoys collecting and trading Kiwanis pins.
