Elizabeth Tezza of Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina was appointed as trustee of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund in 2020. Elizabeth is a member of the Kiwanis Club of East Cooper, Mt. Pleasant and served as the Carolinas District governor in 2009-2010. She also served as a Kiwanis International trustee from 2012 to 2015.

Elizabeth is a passionate supporter of The Eliminate Project, serving in the role of district coordinator as well as district advocate for the project. She is a Walter Zeller Fellow and a recipient of the Centennial Award. She even participated in a field visit to Zambia in 2018 to see UNICEF’s work in action.

Elizabeth has served on the Kiwanis Youth Programs and the governance committees at the international level.  She also earned recognition as a Diamond-level George F. Hixson Fellow.

In addition to her passion for serving kids through Kiwanis, Elizabeth serves as a chair on the Sullivan’s Island board of zoning appeals and as treasurer for Cursillo in the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina. Elizabeth is a Financial Comptroller for two non-profits. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, crafts and travel.
