CLUBS

The Standard Form for Club Bylaws is each club's agreement with Kiwanis International regarding basic standards to belong to the organization.

DISTRICTS

Every Kiwanis district operates in accordance with bylaws approved by Kiwanis International. Kiwanis International provides a standard form for districts to approve.

KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL

Kiwanis International is governed by bylaws approved by the House of Delegates, as well as policies and procedures established by the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees.

KIWANIS CHILDREN'S FUND

The Kiwanis Children's Fund raises funds to support Kiwanis initiatives.

KIWANIS YOUTH PROGRAMS

Kiwanis Youth Programs (KYP) oversees Service Leadership Programs for youth.
