IF YOU NEED HELP

During live events, a support technician will be available on the app and convention platform via chat.

Click the Help Desk bar on the left side of the platform. Before and after the event, your message will be sent to event staff who will provide you with an answer via email.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND LOG INTO THE APP

Step 1: Download MVP Powered by Markey's from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Enter your email address and click “Login with magic link.”
Step 3: Open the email it sent you on the device in which the app has been downloaded.
     Sender: Markeys Virtual Platform
     Subject Line: Confirm your email address
     Please note: this is not the Kiwanis email you already received about the convention.
Step 4: Click the “Confirm Your Email” button inside of the email.
Step 5: A list should pop up asking you what you would like to open the page with, select “Default browser app.”
Step 6: You are now logged in and can view all event information.

Please note:

For step 5: If you accidentally select a browser or browser is set as default on your mobile device, you should see a confirmation message stating: “Now that we know it’s you, go back to your mobile device and open the events app.” Once you go back to the app you will be automatically logged in with that email address.
