VIRTUAL ADMISSION

Thursday & Friday, June 22-23

You can attend the Kiwanis Education and Leadership Conference — part of the Kiwanis International convention — through a remote connection from anywhere in the world. The virtual registration package includes live and recorded access to all keynote sessions, Kiwanis Launchpads and selected master classes. Look for this symbol ♦ on the Schedule page for details on sessions’ availability.

*The 2023 Kiwanis Annual Meeting will be broadcast live without a registration fee. The Kiwanis International Bylaws do not allow remote voting. Delegates must attend in person to vote in any election, amendment or resolution.

3-DAY PACKAGE

Attend the 2023 Kiwanis Convention in person. This package includes the Kiwanis Education Conference and the Kiwanis Annual Meeting. Attend all keynote speaker sessions, Kiwanis Launchpads and master classes in addition to the “Welcome to Minneapolis Reception” and “Kiwanis Jamboree.” Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday is included with your registration.

Enjoy a three-course dinner, followed by a private concert with the Oak Ridge Boys. This legendary Country Hall of Fame quartet will play their hits so you can tap your toes or do a two-step on the dance floor.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

• Registration cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] and must be received no later than 3 p.m. ET on June 5, 2023. Cancellations will be refunded the amount paid, less a US$50 processing fee. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving notification. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the June 5 deadline. 

• Members residing outside North America who are not approved for a travel visa in time to attend the Kiwanis international convention will receive a full refund. 

• This cancellation notice applies to attendee registration only and does not apply to any hotel or tour reservations. Hotel and tour reservations must be canceled separately. 

• Requests to transfer registration to another Kiwanian must be sent in writing by both parties to [email protected] before June 12, 2023. 

• Anyone who has purchased a registration or event ticket and does not attend will NOT receive a refund.
