2020-21 Key Club Board

A pandemic and canceled annual conventions strengthened the resolve to gather — if only virtually — for student leaders of Key Club International and Circle K International. More than 3,500 students and adults involved with Key Club International registered for the three-day Summer Leadership Conference held July 1-3. Nearly 1,000 students and adults signed up for Circle K International’s CKI Next Conference held on July 18-19. For both organizations, it was the first-ever virtual conference in their history.

During the Summer Leadership Conference, Key Club students heard from speakers, including Felice Gorordo, a former Key Club International vice president and CEO of eMerge Americas, LLC. Felice served in various positions during the presidencies of George W. Bush and Barack Obama. He shared bipartisan skills to help keep students focused on living to serve.

The conference also featured Brooke Moreland, a former Key Clubber and assistant director of the Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis 21st Century Scholars program. Students also trained to be the best possible club officers and recommitted to service through virtual service projects and updates from partners Thirst Project and Squads Abroad. They recognized outstanding clubs and leaders throughout Key Club International for the 2019-20 service year and elected new leadership to continue their mission. We welcome the 2020-21 Key Club International Board:

Outstanding Circle K International clubs and leaders for the 2019-20 service year were recognized. Members networked with professionals throughout Kiwanis through virtual meet and greets.
