Members can update their personal information and leaders can file and review their reports easier than ever with the improved Kiwanis Connect.

A new sign on process will make managing your Kiwanis account simple, secure and streamlined.  

  • New password requirements make your account more secure
  • Use the same login to access special applications, like Club Leadership Education and convention registration
  • No more logging out to access different reports (your leadership position determines what reports are available to you)

Frequently asked questions about this update:  

What happened that caused this change?
During a periodic review, it was determined the login process for Kiwanis Connect could be simpler, more secure and streamlined. There was no security breach or external event that caused this change.

If there was no security breach, why change it?
Kiwanis International periodically reviews its processes and procedures. A task force reviewed this process and determined it was cumbersome and unwieldy. We set about to make the sign on process simpler, more secure and streamlined.

What are the password requirements?
Passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • be at least 8 characters long
  • contain at least one number
  • contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter
  • contain at least one special character ( ! # $ % ^ & * + ~ < > / { } [ ] ? )
  • have no more than 3 sequential or repeating letters or numbers, such as ABC, 123 or DDD
  • may not contain your username
  • may not be in the form of an email address

I belong to more than one club. How do I access the information for my separate clubs?
There are links to click in the upper right corner of the page that will provide a drop down list to select other clubs you belong to.  

I am a member of a leadership team. How do I access the reporting features?
There are links to click in the upper right corner of the page that allow you to switch between the applications and reports available to you based on your leadership position.

I never had an account before. Do I need one now?
By having access to Kiwanis Connect, you can add, edit or change the information associated with your membership. We are still happy to do that for you. Send us an email or call Member Services at +1-317 975-8755-ext 411or 800-KIWANIS in the USA and Canada. Your club secretary also can enter this data for you.  

I subscribe to Portalbuzz. What do I do?
Portalbuzz users should click “Sign in with Portalbuzz” on Kiwanis Connect. After entering your Portalbuzz user name and password on the Portalbuzz login page, you will be able to move freely into Kiwanis Connect by clicking the “Kiwanis” link.

Does my Portalbuzz login information have to be different from my Kiwanis Connect login?
Portalbuzz users may reset their Kiwanis password on the new sign-in page, but this is not necessary.  The username and password at each site may be different, or they may be the same. Additionally, if you change your password on either site, it will not change your password on the other site.

I’m more confused now than when I started. What should I do?
