    Bringing Up Grades Celebration

    A celebration once or twice yearly depending on the request of the school. We have a pizza party celebration for children at local elementary school who have brought up a lower grade to a passing, acceptable greade. Sometimes this is the only recognition the child receives

    Tattnall Kiwanis Club sponsors the Christmas at Home project for Tattnall County, Ga. The club coordinates the procurement and distribution of toys to the needy children of the county. It provides 4 gifts per child plus cloths and other games for over 600 children in the county

    Club Signature Project:

    BUG Program (Bringing Up Grades).

    This program began in the Coffee County School system in 2007. We started with 3rd grade at one school. We have extended to 3rd through 5th at 4 of our 8 elementary schools.We have recognized 5,107 students since our start date. We have future plans to expand.
