2026-27 Kiwanis Children’s Fund Board of Trustees
Kiwanis International’s fundraising arm, the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, elects a Board of Trustees to oversee its administration. Among the board’s responsibilities:
- Implement the Kiwanis International mission, which is to serve the children of the world.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Children’s Fund.
- Ensure the stability and growth of Children’s Fund corpus funds by cultivating and soliciting financial gifts, as applicable, from individual Kiwanians and friends, businesses and foundations.
- Monitor and distribute funds from fundraising programs for grants worldwide.

Richard A. Poulton
President-elect
About Rick Poulton
Richard (Rick) Poulton of Elgin, Illinois, U.S., is the 2025-26 president-elect of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund. He previously served as vice president after being appointed to a three-year term as a Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning in October 2022.
Poulton is a member of the Kiwanis Clubs of Elgin, where he has received numerous Distinguished Service Awards, and of Geneva, Illinois, where he served as club president in 2014-15. At the district level, he served the Kiwanis Illinois-Eastern Iowa District as lieutenant governor and governor.
From 2017-21, Poulton was a Kiwanis Children’s Fund ambassador. For the Children’s Fund, Poulton is also a George F. Hixson Fellow, a Walter Zeller Fellow, a Major Gift donor to The Eliminate Project, a Legion of Honor recipient and a member of the Founders Circle.
In addition to Kiwanis, Poulton served for 10 years as a court-appointed special advocate for children in Kane County, Illinois, and received the organization’s Doris Hunt Volunteer Recognition Award. He participates in the Reading Buddy preschool program and volunteers with Food for Greater Elgin and Senior Services of Elgin. He is also a member of the housing board for the Association for Individual Development, which empowers people in northeastern Illinois with developmental, intellectual and mental health challenges.
Poulton holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron and a master’s degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. Before his retirement, he was a marketing director for AT&T. In his free time, he enjoys running, kayaking, biking and skiing.
Poulton and his wife, Bonnie, also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Elgin, have one child and one grandchild.

Brian Egger
Co-immediate past president
About Brian Egger
Brian Egger is co-immediate past president of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund. A Kiwanian since 2007, Egger is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Seattle, for which he has previously served as president (2013-14 and from 2023 to 2025). He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Washington, D.C., U.S.
Prior to his membership on the Kiwanis Children’s Fund Board, Egger was the chair of the Kiwanis Youth Programs Board, as well as director of Kiwanis Youth Programs from 2022 to 2024. For Kiwanis Youth Programs, he was also the chair of the Key Club 2.0 Vision Subcommittee.
Egger is a recipient of the Key of Honor — the highest recognition from Key Club International, the Kiwanis Service Leadership Program (SLP) for students ages 14-18. The Key of Honor recognizes a volunteer’s lifelong positive impact upon youth in general and Key Club specifically.
As a donor to the Children’s Fund, Egger has earned status as a George F. Hixson Fellow and a Walter Zeller Fellow.
In addition to his service with Kiwanis SLPs, Egger has extensive experience with nonprofit organizations, government agencies and congressional offices. He has been a member of the Seattle Human Rights Commission, as well as director of the American Society of Public Administration and of the American University Alumni Leadership Circle.
Egger enjoys travel, reading, running and spending time with his dog, Louis.

Lenora Hanna
Co-immediate past president
About Lenora Hanna
Lenora Hanna was the 2025-26 president of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund. She previously served as vice president and president-elect after becoming a trustee in 2021.
Hanna is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln-Northeast, Nebraska, and served as the Nebraska-Iowa District governor in 2019-20. She has also served as the district’s lieutenant governor and was the district administrator for Circle K International. In addition, she was her club’s secretary for 17 years.
Hanna served on The Eliminate Project Campaign Committee as Region 3 co-coordinator. She and her husband, Milford, were among the first Kiwanians to travel with UNICEF USA when they visited the Philippines in 2010 to witness the effects of maternal and neonatal tetanus on mothers and babies.
In addition to her home club, Hanna is a charter member of the Likasi, Democratic Republic of Congo, virtual club.
Hanna has received the following honors from the Kiwanis Children’s Fund: Tablet of Honor, Founders Circle Ruby-level, Heritage Society, Bo and Mary Shafer Society, The Eliminate Project Lead gift, Centennial Award, Walter Zeller Fellowship Diamond-level 15 and George F. Hixon Fellowship Diamond-level 34.
She has been named club Rookie Kiwanian of the Year, Kiwanian of the Year (twice) and is a Nebraska-Iowa District Foundation life member, Bartlett Fellow and member of the Legacy Society Nebraska-Iowa Foundation. She is also a life member of the Kansas Kiwanis Foundation and Diamond Fellow Lincoln Northeast Kiwanis Foundation.
Hanna and her husband, Milford, the 1992-93 Nebraska-Iowa District governor, have four children, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandson. Their two daughters and one son-in-law are also members of Lincoln Northeast.
Hanna is a member and an active volunteer at the Southwood Lutheran Church. She also volunteers at the Matt Talbot Community Kitchen & Outreach Center, Head Start and other community organizations. She enjoys sewing, crocheting and puzzles.

Elizabeth Tezza
President elect
Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina, U.S.
About Elizabeth Tezza
Elizabeth Tezza is the 2026-27 president-elect of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund. She previously served as vice president following a three-year term as a Children’s Fund trustee, beginning in 2020. She also served as a Kiwanis International Board trustee from 2012 to 2015.
Tezza is a member of the Kiwanis Club of East Cooper-Mt. Pleasant in South Carolina. She currently serves as the club’s secretary/treasurer. She served as club president in 2004-05 and was a Distinguished Club Secretary in 2010-11. She has also been the club’s Key Club advisor since 2009.
In addition, Tezza is a member of the 25+ Kiwanians Who Care — Pacific-Northwest Club.
At the district level, Tezza has served as governor (2009-10), lieutenant governor (2006-07) and treasurer (2018-23) for the Carolinas District. She currently serves as a district champion for The Possibility Project and chairs the District Finance Committee. She also was district coordinator for The Eliminate Project (2011-16); cochair of the district’s Strategic Planning Committee (2009-12) and district chair for the Kiwanis International Foundation (now Kiwanis Children’s Fund) in 2007-09, among other key district roles and honors.
In addition to her past service at the international level as a trustee, Tezza is a counselor to eight Kiwanis districts in North America, Asia-Pacific and Canada. She also served on the Kiwanis Governance Committee (formerly the Task Force on Governing Documents) from 2010-21.
Her many honors in the Kiwanis family include a diamond-level George F. Hixson Fellowship and a Hixon ambassador, a charter Walter Zeller Fellowship, a Centennial donor for The Eliminate Project, and a Mel Osborne Fellowship from the Kiwanis Foundation of Canada. She is an Honorary Key Club and an Honorary Circle K International member of the Carolinas District, a member of the Kiwanis Leadership Society, and a charter member of Women in Kiwanis.
Tezza’s community service also includes chairing the Board of Zoning Appeals for Sullivan’s Island. For the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina, she has served as a member of the Diocesan Council, a member of the Finance Committee and treasurer of Cursillos in Christianity.
Tezza holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Charleston Southern University and has a professional background in management accounting, with an emphasis on nonprofit organizations. She currently is the financial comptroller for the nonprofit Church of the Holy Cross organization. In her spare time, Tezza enjoys reading, crafts, baking, cooking and travel.

Markus Lanz
Vice President
About Marcus Lanz
Markus Lanz is the 2026-27 vice president of the Kiwanis Children’s Fund Vice. He previously served a two-year term as a Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning October 1, 2024.
Lanz is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Zofingen, which he served as president from 2010-12. He went on to serve as distinguished lieutenant governor of his division from 2014-16 and distinguished governor of the Switzerland-Liechtenstein District of Kiwanis in 2021-22. Lanz was also a trustee of the Kiwanis Switzerland-Liechtenstein Foundation in 2019-21 and a board member of Kiwanis International-Europe in 2021-22. He has served as the chair of the Kiwanis International-Europe strategy committee since 2022.
For the Children’s Fund, Lanz has been particularly committed to The Eliminate Project, Kiwanis International’s fundraising campaign to combat maternal and neonatal tetanus, and to the “Ukraine—We Help” initiative, which raised €720,000 from the Switzerland-Liechtenstein District for Ukrainian children.
As a donor, Lanz is a Walter Zeller Level 1 fellow, a George F. Hixson Diamond Level 5 Fellow and a Centennial Award recipient.
With degrees in logistics, business and economics, Lanz has professional experience as a chief sales officer and managing director. He was chair of the financial and audit committee of the municipality of Oftringen and president of the Olten section of the Swiss Management Organization.
In addition to his family, he devotes his free time to various projects and activities that promote the well-being of childrend. He and his wife, Daniela Agostini, have six children and five grandchildren.

Salvatore Chianello
Catania, Sicily, Italy
About Salvatore Chianello
Salvatore Chianello became a Kiwanis member in 1998, when he joined the Kiwanis Club Zafferana Etnea, where he eventually served as president in 2006-07. He also later served as the club’s secretary, treasurer and master of ceremonies. He is now a member of the Kiwanis Club Mediterraneum, for which he serves as secretary and treasurer. From 2014 to 2024, Chianello was a member of the Kiwanis Club Acicastello Riviera dei Ciclopi, where he served as treasurer in 2019-20.
In 2022-23, Chianello was governor of the Italy-San Marino District, which earned a Distinguished District Award that year — and earned status as a Pinnacle District for establishing 22 Key Clubs with nearly 600 members by the end of the year. In addition, Italy will soon have the first Key Club District in Europe. Chianello has also been a leadership education trainer in the district.
Chianello was lieutenant governor of the Sicily 2 Etna World Heritage Division in 2012-13, when he earned a Distinguished Lieutenant Governor Award. In 2025, he was invited to join the Voices International Committee for Italy San Marino.
As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, Chianello is a George F. Hixson Fellow, and has been active in recruiting Walter Zeller Fellows and Dr. Wil Blechman Fellows in his division.
In his professional life, Chianello worked in banking, eventually reaching the role of executive manager at UNICREDIT Bank. He is now retired and lives with his wife, Dria Antonella Caruso.

Randolph L. DeLay
Houston, Texas, U.S.
About Randolph L. DeLay
Randolph L. DeLay of Houston, Texas, U.S., was appointed to a two-year term as a Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning in October 2024.
DeLay is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater North Houston, where he has served in every officer role. He served as governor of the Texas-Oklahoma District (1999-2000) and as a Trustee of Texas Oklahoma Foundation, during which time the fund grew from US$400,000 to US$4 million.
For five years, DeLay served as the architect and international chair for The Eliminate Project — Kiwanis International’s fundraising initiative to help eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus. The campaign raised over $US110 million. Other notable distinctions and achievements include membership in the Founders Circle, Hixson Diamond 17, charter Walter Zeller Fellowship, Mary & Bo Shafer Legacy Society, Heritage Society, the Centennial Award and the Tablet of Honor. DeLay also received the Kiwanis International President Award as Humanitarian.
DeLay’s community involvement includes pro bono legal work, his role as a church elder and his membership on the city park board, the county Alcoholic Family Council and Boy Scouts of America. He has also served as the president of a children’s rehabilitation hospital and as a Little League coach. DeLay graduated from the South Texas College of Law’s Exceptional J.D. Program and built his career as an attorney and counselor of law.
In his spare time, he leads the Bible Study Fellowship Children’s Program, and enjoys hunting and golfing. DeLay was married to Drue DeLay for 52 years until her untimely death in 2023. He has two children and five grandchildren.

Trinidad P. “Toto” Gonzales
Magalang, Philippines
About Toto Gonzales
“Toto” Gonzales was elected vice president of Kiwanis International for 2026-27 during the 2026 Kiwanis International Convention in Manila, Philippines. A Kiwanis member since 1988, he served on the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees from 2022 to 2025. He also served as the chairman of the Asia-Pacific Region in 2016-17.
Gonzales is a three-time president of the Kiwanis Club of Angeles City, Philippines, where he also served as secretary and treasurer. For the Philippine Luzon District, he served as treasurer (2004-05) and as governor (2012-13), earning recognition as a Distinguished Governor for his outstanding leadership and service.
A strong advocate for membership growth, leadership development and community service, Gonzales has dedicated nearly four decades to advancing the mission of Kiwanis in serving children and communities around the world. As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, he has been honored as a George F. Hixson Fellow, Diamond-level 1, and as a charter Walter Zeller Fellow.
An entrepreneur in the transport and logistics industry, Gonzales is president of the Subic Truckers Association, corporate secretary of the Pampanga Swine Producers Association and president of Safetruck Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
Gonzales serves as Punong Barangay (barangay captain) of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Magalang, Pampanga. He and his wife, Elizabeth “Beth” Gonzales, have three children and four grandchildren. Their eldest son, Koko, is a lawyer and municipal councilor. Their second son, Niko, is a commercial photographer and municipal councilor. Their daughter, Pea Gonzales, is a successful businesswoman.

Lynn Liu
Taichung City, Taiwan, Republic of China
About Lynn Liu
Lynn Liu was appointed to a two-year term as a Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning in October 2025. She previously served the Children’s Fund as an ambassador from 2020 to 2023.
Liu is a member of the Rosalia Kiwanis Club. She has an extensive history of service in the Kiwanis Thailand District, including service as its governor (2019-20). She has also been president of the Taiwan Kiwanis Children’s Foundation (2019-20) and lieutenant governor of Division TAICHUNG-2 (2001-02). In addition, Liu has served as chair of the district’s Past Governor Committee (2024-25) and of the Ten Outstanding Youth & Children Committee (2022-25).
As a donor, Liu has earned status as a George F. Hixson Fellow. She was also a major donor for Kiwanis International’s maternal and neonatal tetanus global health initiative, a donor to the Taiwan Kiwanis Children’s Foundation and a donor for emergency relief of the Taiwan District.
She received her Executive Master of Business Administration in accounting from National Changhua University of Education and is a policy advisor for Executive Yuan, R.O.C., in Taiwan. She served as 2022-23 president of the EMBA Alumni Association for her alma mater and is a member of Association of Taiwan Listed Companies-Central Taiwan Women’s Power Forum Federation.
Liu and her partner, Jih Hsing He, have three children and one grandchild.

Kevin McConnell
Bloomington, Illinois, U.S.
About Kevin McConnell
Kevin McConnell was appointed to a three-year term as a Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning in October 2026.
A Kiwanian since 1987, when he joined the organization as the charter secretary of a new club, McConnell is now a member of the Kiwanis Club of Bloomington. He has served as president and treasurer, receiving Distinguished Officer recognition in both roles.
McConnell has also served as Distinguished Governor and Lieutentant Governor of the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District.
For Kiwanis International, McConnell has been the chair of the Committee on Elections, and he has been a member of the Committee on Credentials and the Committee on the Children’s Miracle Network.
Prior to his membership on the Kiwanis Children’s Fund Board, McConnell was a district chair for the Children’s Fund. During his tenure, he earned the Kiwanis International Birthday Campaign Award for the district’s status as the top campaign fundraiser throughout Kiwanis International.
A second-generation Kiwanian, McConnell has been engaged with the Kiwanis family his entire life. As a member of Key Club — the Kiwanis Service Leadership Program (SLP) for high school students — he served two years as a district officer before being elected Key Club International Trustee in 1980.
Since 1992, McConnell has served on either the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District Committee on Key Club or Circle K International (the SLP for college and university students). He has previously served as a CKI administrator and is currently serving as Key Club district administrator. He has been recognized for his outstanding support by the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District Circle K International Board (1994) and the Key Club International Board (2017).
As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, McConnell is a member of the Heritage Society and a George F. Hixson Fellow.
McConnell received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Bradley University. He had a 40-year career as an information technology project manager at State Farm Insurance Companies before his retirement in April 2026.
McConnell and his wife, Jane (a Builders Club faculty advisor since 2007), are parents to three adult children and three grandchildren.

Michael Mulhaul
Interlaken, New Jersey, U.S.
About Michael Mulhaul
Michael Mulhaul was the president of Kiwanis International in 2025-26. A Kiwanis member since 1991, Mulhaul is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Parsippany, New Jersey, which he has also served as president and treasurer. In addition, he is a member of the Asbury Park, New Jersey, Kiwanis Club and a member of the Eye of the Tiger e-club.
Beyond the club level, Mulhaul has been both governor and lieutenant governor of the New Jersey District and president of the New Jersey District Foundation.
As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, Mulhaul is a George F. Hixson Fellow, a Walter Zeller Fellow and a Dr. Wil Blechman Fellow. He has also earned the Tablet of Honor.
An investment professional for more than 40 years, Mulhaul has chaired the organization’s Audit and Finance Committee and served as a member of the Executive Committee and the Risk Management Committee, as well as the Conventions, Conferences, and Recognition Items Committee. In addition, Mulhaul previously served on the Service and Partnerships Committee and the Public Relations, Image, and Marketing Committee.
Along with his wife, Laura, who is a fellow Kiwanis member, Mulhaul has three adult children — Zach, Curtis and Emily — as well as a son-in-law, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.

Sue Petrisin
About Sue Petrisin
Sue Petrisin made Kiwanis history in 2015–16 as the first woman to serve as president of Kiwanis International. Her leadership began as a student: She served as Michigan District governor of Key Club and of Circle K International (CKI) — the Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs for high school and college/university students, respectively — before becoming governor of the Michigan District of Kiwanis. She is the first person in the organization’s history to have held all three roles.
Petrisin joined the Kiwanis Club of East Lansing in 1988. She has served as club president, CKI district administrator, Key Club district administrator, and advisor to Key Club and CKI. She became a Kiwanis Life Member in 2020. She has served on the Kiwanis International Board, the Kiwanis Children’s Fund Board and the Kiwanis Youth Programs Board. She was also vice chair of The Eliminate Project during the campaign’s first year.
Petrisin is a Diamond-level 4 George F. Hixson Fellow, a Diamond-level 6 charter Walter Zeller Fellow and a recipient of the Tablet of Honor. She is also a member of the Kiwanis Cornerstone Society and Heritage Society.
A three-time graduate of Michigan State University, Petrisin retired in 2025 after a 40-year career at the university. She most recently served as senior director of administration and director of the Sparty Mascot Program.
Petrisin continues to advocate for mascot health and safety, drawing on research conducted during her leadership of the Sparty program. She also facilitates FranklinCovey programs and works in leadership development, organizational culture, and conference and convention planning. In Kiwanis, she currently chairs the Kiwanis International Committee on Resolutions and Bylaws and continues to develop leadership education for club and district leaders.

Tracey Scissors-Domgard
About Tracey Scissors-Domgard
A Kiwanian since 1993, Tracey Scissors-Domgard is a member of the Lincoln-Northeast Kiwanis Club in Lincoln, Nebraska, U.S. She served as the club’s president in both 1998-99 and 2017-18. She was also lieutenant governor of the Nebraska-Iowa District in 2002-2003.
Throughout her Kiwanis membership, Scissors-Domgard has been a dedicated supporter of Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs (SLPs). She is currently a district administrator for Key Club in the Nebraska-Iowa District and has served on the district’s SLP Advisory Committee. Prior to her current term on the Kiwanis Children’s Fund Board, Scissors-Domgard was a member of the Kiwanis Youth Programs Board.
As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, Scissors-Domgard has earned status as a George F. Hixson Fellow, and she is a recipient of the Tablet of Honor.
Her husband, Tim, is retired from 42 years of law enforcement. They enjoy traveling through Europe in their spare time. Her son, Cooper, shares the Key Club district administrator role —having been in K-Kids, Key Club and Circle K International — and currently serves as president of the Lincoln-Northeast Kiwanis Club.

Catherine Simmons
About Cathy Simmons
Catherine (Cathy) Simmons was appointed to serve a two-year term as Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning October 1, 2025.
Simmons is a member of the Kiwanis Club of New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S., which she has served as club president and club secretary. She was a distinguished lieutenant governor of her division in 2007-08 and 2014-15, and for 15 years she served the Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee District as thesecretary and grants chair of its foundation.
For the Children’s Fund, Simmons served as ambassador from 2017-23. As a donor, Simmons is a level 4 George F. Hixson fellow, a Dr. Wil Blechman fellow, a Walter Zeller fellow, and a member of the Founders Circle, Cornerstone Society, Heritage Society and Legion of Honor. She received the Kiwanis International Tablet of Honor in 2004.
A retired educator, Simmons enjoys water aerobics, travel and “brain teaser” games. Her husband, Lenny, is a Past Kiwanis International Trustee and is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of New Orleans.

Scott Sims
Birmingham, Alabama, U.S.
About Scott Sims
A Kiwanian since 2002, Scott Sims is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Homewood-Mountain Brook in Alabama, U.S. He served the club as president in 2017-18. In addition, the Homewood-Mountain Brook Kiwanis Club has honored him with a Distinguished Pinnacle Award (2023); Life Member status (2022); and Kiwanian of the Year (2003).
Sims previously served a three-year term as a trustee of Kiwanis International. He also served the Alabama District of Kiwanis as governor in 2021-22 and received a Distinguished Governor Award. From the Alabama District, he has received the J. Mercer Barnett Fellow Award, the David Womack Outstanding Lieutenant Governor Award and the Hoyt W. Lee Outstanding Kiwanian Award. Sims also received the George Price Service to Youth Award from the Key Club Alabama District and the Governor’s Award from the Key Club Alabama District governor.
At the international level, Sims has served as area coordinator for North America since 2022. He was chair of the Elections Committee in 2023. As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, he has earned a Walter Zeller Fellowship.
Sims is also a recipient of the Marc H. Litwack Legacy of Leadership Award, which recognizes individuals who exemplify extraordinary leadership qualities and have made significant contributions to their professions and communities.
Sims was an active member of Key Club, the organization’s program for high school students, and served a year as a district governor. He met his wife, Andi, through Key Club and proposed to her at a Key Club district convention. They have been married since 1991 and have four children, one of whom served as Key Club International president and another as Key Club district secretary.
Sims has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a juris doctorate from Samford University. He has practiced law at Dentons Sirote since 1993. He enjoys hiking, golf, reading, traveling with Andi and any activities in which his children are involved.

Jeffrey M. Wolff
Chantilly, Virginia, U.S.
About Jeffrey M. Wolff
Jeffrey M. Wolff was appointed to a two-year term as a Kiwanis Children’s Fund trustee, beginning in October 2026. Wolff is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Tysons, Virginia, for which he has served as charter secretary (1998-99) and president (1999-2000).
In addition to service with his club, he has been executive director of the Capital District since 2020. He has also served the district as assistant secretary/treasurer (2012-20), regional trustee (2014-17) and vice chairman of Service Leadership Programs, The Eliminate Project (2013-15). Wolff was a district Distinguished Lieutenant Governor (2008-09) and Distinguished Governor (2011-12). He has also served as assistant administrator (2000-05) and district administrator (2005-10) for Circle K International.
At the international level, Wolff was a member of the Committee on The Kiwanis Objects (2013-14), vice chairman of The Eliminate Project (2013-15), member of the Kiwanis International Foundation’s Assessment Steering Committee (2015-16) and a member of the Committee on Organizational Operations and Structure Assessment (2020-24).
Among his Kiwanis family honors, Wolff is a Kiwanis Life Member and has received the CKI Circle of Service award for his contributions to the program. As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, he has earned a Diamond George F. Hixson Fellowship, a Dr. Wil Blechman Fellowship and a Walter Zeller Fellowship. He is also a Heritage Society member and a recipient of the Tablet of Honor and the Centennial award.
Wolff and his wife, Jen, enjoy travel, theater, costuming and baking. They have three children.

About Terry White
Terry White was appointed to a three-year term on the Kiwanis Children’s Fund Board. He previously served as a trustee on the Kiwanis International Board from 2015 to 2018, and in 2026.
A member of Kiwanis since joining the Evansville, Indiana, Green River Club in 1978, White is also a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club of Historic Newburgh. In addition, he is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Leyte, Philippines Digital Innovators, and the Kiwanis Club 25+ Kiwanians Who Care in Indiana.
White is a past president of the Green River Club and has held other club offices, including vice president, secretary and treasurer. He was Indiana District governor in 2008-09 and president of the Indiana Kiwanis Foundation in 2024-25.
As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, White is a Charter Walter Zeller Fellow at the Diamond 18 level and a George F. Hixson Fellow at the Diamond 2 level — as well as a member of the Cornerstone Society, Founders Circle and the Heritage Society. He was also a major donor to The Eliminate Project, for which he was the Indiana District coordinator from 2013 to 2015. He is also the Indiana District chair for the Kiwanis Possibility Project.
White is an attorney who earned his law degree at Indiana University in Indianapolis. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Evansville. He is a member of state, local and national bar associations. White and his wife, Zenda, have two adult children.

About Paul Palazzolo
Paul Palazzolo is executive director of Kiwanis International and all its subsidiaries. Prior to starting in that role in February 2024, the Springfield, Illinois, U.S., native served as a public official — beginning in 2001, when he was elected to the Springfield Park Board. He also served as Sangamon County auditor, treasurer of the Springfield Airport Authority and circuit court clerk.
Palazzolo served as the 2009-10 Kiwanis International president and has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Springfield-Downtown since 1984. His introduction and involvement in Kiwanis started in the early 1980s while attending Sacred Heart-Griffin High School in Springfield, where he was active in Key Club, the student-led service organization for high school students that is part of the Kiwanis family. Palazzolo was inducted into the Sacred Heart-Griffin Hall of Fame in 2013. He also was awarded the Key of Honor, the highest recognition presented by the Key Club International board, for making a lifelong positive impact. Palazzolo has also served as chair of the Kiwanis International Youth Programs Board.
His local civic engagement includes serving on boards such as Salvation Army, Springfield Urban League, Hoogland Center for the Arts and other organizations.
Palazzolo holds a degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is married and has two adult children.
