Kiwanis Day of Giving

Help reach 45,000 kids!

The third Kiwanis Day of Giving will be on February 25. Think of it as 2/25 — a fitting date, since US$2.25 is enough to make a difference in one child’s life through the Kiwanis Children’s Fund.

This year, the goal is more ambitious than ever: to raise US$100,000 — enough to reach 45,000 kids in one day!

As the date approaches, look for more information about Kiwanis Day of Giving via email and on social media. Gather online with other Kiwanians February 24-26. It’s a chance to share stories of your service projects and ways your club helps kids in your community. You’ll also learn about the Kiwanis causes and hear examples of grants that supported Kiwanis service — thanks to support like yours.

In the meantime, spread the word about the event — and the Children’s Fund. Let people know what’s possible when they give!

How can you participate?

  1. Start things off by making your own gift to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund.
  2. Check this page in January 2025 for the Facebook event link to share with your network of Kiwanians, friends and family.
  3. Encourage others to donate on February 25 by matching your gift or making a gift of personal significance to them. Include a link to the donation page. Individual and club gifts on February 25 will count toward the final goal.
  4. Like, share and comment on Kiwanis International’s Facebook posts February 24-26. Your interaction will help remind and encourage the people you’ve shared your page with — because Kiwanis will post updates about our fundraising progress along with inspiring stories of Kiwanians’ impact on kids around the world. Use the hashtag #KiwanisDayofGiving in your posts.
