Dawn Puderbaugh Hodges

Dawn Puderbaugh Hodges of Greenwood, South Carolina, U.S., was elected to a three-year term as a trustee of Kiwanis International during the 2024 Kiwanis International Convention in Denver, Colorado, U.S. She serves as a trustee for the United States and Pacific Canada regions of Kiwanis.

A Kiwanis member since 2000, Puderbaugh Hodges has served the Kiwanis Club of Greenwood as president (2009-10), secretary, service chair, service leadership program chair and programs chair. She has also served the Carolinas District as governor (2015-16), youth protection chair, membership chair and assistant district administrator for Circle K International. Puderbaugh Hodges is a Walter Zeller Fellow and a lifetime member of the Carolinas District.

 An attorney specializing in child abuse and neglect cases, Puderbaugh Hodges has dedicated her life to improving the lives of children. This passion led her to Kiwanis, and soon local elementary school children began recognizing her in public as “the Terrific Kid Lady” from her time handing out Terrific Kids program awards every month.

Puderbaugh Hodges holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work as well as a law degree from the University of Kansas. She has served on the boards of many nonprofit organizations in her community. In her free time, Puderbaugh Hodges enjoys traveling, gardening, baking, spending time with family and friends, and supporting the Kansas Jayhawks men’s basketball team. She and her spouse, Andrew, have one child.
