Credit card by mail
The simplest way to make a credit card gift is to use our secure online giving form. However, if you prefer, you can download and print a gift/pledge form. (We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.) Mail the completed form to:

Credit card by phone
To make a credit card gift by phone, call the Kiwanis Children’s Fund at 1-800-549-2647, ext. 236 (U.S. and Canada), or +1-317-217-6236 (worldwide). Please have your credit card number, card expiration date and security code ready, along with any specific information regarding your gift designation. 

Personal check
Make checks payable to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, and mail along with the gift/pledge form to the address listed above. Gifts sent to that address are deposited directly into a safe banking account.   

Please do not send gifts to Kiwanis International’s street address.   

Wire transfer

Make a gift through an existing donor-advised fund
It’s easier than ever to use your donor-advised fund with a financial institution or community foundation to give to the Children’s Fund. Through DAF Direct, you can recommend grants to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund directly.
