Reports and forms 

Review the paperwork/forms that must be completed and submitted for Kiwanis International to officially recognize your club. The Club Information Sheet lists all relevant club and officer information. The Roster Information Sheet lists member contact details. You can follow the basic club bylaws guidelines and submit the information required to charter the club. 

In the U.S., clubs must also comply with IRS regulations, which include applying for an EIN number and legally filing required documents to be recognized as a club — such as Form 8976 and incorporation paperwork.
