Membership planning

Kiwanis is committed to equipping clubs with tools and resources that help create an experience that encourages member retention and new member growth. Club members should work together to plan membership efforts each year.

The worksheet “Create your club’s membership plan” helps clubs create a plan to acquire and retain members. The worksheet is the starting point for examining where the club is today; strategizing where the club wants to be in the future; analyzing which membership strategies work best for the club; and deciding how to plan recruitment efforts to meet club goals. Once completed, clubs can report their new member add goal and how they will make that goal come to fruition.
