Trinidad P. “Toto” Gonzales
Trinidad P. “Toto” Gonzales of Magalang, Pampanga, Philippines, was elected to a three-year term to the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees during the Asia-Pacific District Convention held March 2022. He represents the Asia-Pacific region of Kiwanis International.
A member of Kiwanis International since 1988, Gonzales has served Asia-Pacific chair and as governor of the Philippine Luzon District. He has also been president, secretary and treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Angeles City. He is also a member of the Baguio City Dominican Kiwanis Club. He has been recognized as a distinguished governor and distinguished club president and has been honored through the Kiwanis Children’s Fund with a George F. Hixson Fellow, Diamond-level 1, and charter Walter Zeller Fellow.
He says that serving underprivileged children helped him realize early on that he was a true Kiwanian. He is eager to help ensure the stability and success of Kiwanis International.
Gonzales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and is active in the trucking and trading industry.
Gonzales and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children and three grandchildren. Outside of Kiwanis, he enjoys following sports, particularly basketball.
