Starting Amplify

Problem: I don’t know my password to access the course for the first time.

Solution: If it is your first time logging in, please click “Set your password here.” If you’re not sure how to reset your password or set up an account, reach out to the Kiwanis member services at helpline@kiwanis.org.

Problem: The videos are not playing for me.

Solution: If a video is not playing, this is usually a network error. Your internet speed needs to be around 20 Mbps to play videos on our learning management system. Please check your internet to speed here. If your internet speed is not fast enough to play the videos, please find a different location to complete the lessons or reach out to our education team at kiwanisamplify@kiwanis.org.

Problem: One of my lessons will not complete.

Solution: Please use the “Report a problem with the course” button under “Welcome to Amplify” so that we can troubleshoot your issue and grant you credit for completing the lesson.

Problem: I am falling behind in the course; can I have more time?

Solution: All Amplify enrollees will have access to the course until September 30th. You can complete the course at your own pace. After September 30th, we cannot extend access to the course.

Problem: I would like to talk to my Amplify classmates about the course.

Solution: Please join the Kiwanis Amplify 2024 Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/695159382606896

Problem:The system is requesting that I log back in, but my username and password aren’t working. What do I do?

Solution:The system will automatically log you out after 30 minutes (this is a safety measure built into the system). To log back in you MUST go back to the login link that we shared with you previously: https://learn.kiwanis.org/. Your credentials will work from there.
