CREATING A CULTURE OF CARE
Our student leaders are our No. 1 ally and resource in creating world-class experiences within Kiwanis Youth Programs. Our Culture of Care initiative provides students with the training and resources to be leaders in preventing bullying, reducing incidences of violence, understanding healthy relationships and personal boundaries, and more.
Check back here for more resources for you and your students.
Circle K International
CKI partners with Active Minds, a leading nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults with more than 800 high school and college chapters.
Key Club
Kiwanis partnered with the Indiana Coalition to End Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking to develop a curriculum for Key Club students to learn and promote healthy and safe communities.
Students can complete these four video courses to be certified as Culture of Care champions and become facilitators for positive change in their school clubs and communities.
Once all four videos have been viewed, contact cultureofcare@kiwianis.org and a facilitator guide will be sent to you. Key Club members certified as Culture of Care Champions will meet throughout the school year to discuss resources and follow–up activities they can share with their Key Clubs and communities.
