Helping Kiwanians serve the children of the world

Kids need Kiwanis. The Kiwanis Children's Fund helps you reach them, amplifying your impact in communities around the world.

Thanks to the generosity of clubs and members, the Children’s Fund provides grants to help Kiwanians change kids’ lives — in clubs’ communities and a world away. Prenatal care and vaccines to protect moms and newborns from tetanus. Safe places to play and learn. Access to nutrient-rich food to boost brain development. Books for preschoolers to encourage a love of reading. Opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills. And so much more.

We are a trusted partner, staffed by experts who can help your club or district with fundraising plans, project funding and foundation management.

MISSION

We develop resources that transform the goodwill and vision of Kiwanians into programs that serve the children of the world. We focus on issues Kiwanians care about, particularly in the areas of education and literacy, health and nutrition, and youth leadership development — as well as our efforts to fight maternal and neonatal tetanus and iodine deficiency disorders.

Our Mission

MAKE A GIFT

When you give to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, you directly support Kiwanis projects. In fact, it’s one of the most effective ways you can help kids. During the past three Kiwanis years, we have impacted the lives of 16 million children around the world.

IMPACT

For Kiwanians around the world, caring for children in need begins at the community level. The Kiwanis Children’s Fund provides grants to clubs and districts as well as Key Clubs and Circle K International clubs. We’re a global force for good, working to address the health and education needs of children through our worldwide network of volunteers and clubs.

Our Impact

HISTORY

It began with 25 silver dollars. That’s the donation that Walter Zeller made in 1940 — the first in our history. But there was an idea behind Zeller’s gift: Inspire fellow Kiwanians to build on that donation. And we have been – for more than 80 years.
